Friday March 5th 2010 Kathryn Elizabeth celebrates the grand gallery opening of Dollop Gallery. The big kick off show titled "The Drip Show" will display all new, more recent work. With a drippy theme and imaginative characters we start a new adventure. Dollop Gallery will be run out of the artists home. It will offer a new and free venue for local artists to in a sense "play gallery". Artists will be given the opportunity to host their own private parties, sell their artwork, build their portfolios as well as their artistic resume. Come enjoy a dab of art at Dollop!

Thursday October 29th Katie will be attending and donating original artwork
for 'Day Dream Believers',
an art auction to benefit the uncompensated care of Children's Hospitals.
Time: 3:00 pm

City Center Café: Floor 25
Join us for a silent art auction, beverages & snacks, and live music to
raise money for uncompensated care. We have paintings, sculptures, lessons,
jewelry, and items from SIFF.
What is uncompensated care?
Any cost associated with bad debt, or charitable care.

November
Bluewater Productions "Female Force: Stephenie Meyers" is the #1 best selling comic
book for the month of November. Check out Katie's two-page illustration in the much
anticipated title.
December
Double page spread of a little British boy reading a magical book will appear in
"Female Force: J.K Rowling". See the full image mid December. It is the image from
this websites home page!
Shows
Katie is in the process of preparing her first gallery show for 2010-2011, which
will showcase her self-written titles with illustrations along side. As the viewer
walks through the gallery space they will have a sense of turning the pages of
her books.

Katie Peterson marries Kyle Johnson!!!
In joined effort and holy matrimony they create and self publish
"The Wedding Party" comic book. It's a story dedicated to, you guessed it,
their beloved wedding party. "The Wedding Party" is the tale of an evil doll
factory and the super heroes that save a small town that has been poisoned by
the evil corporation M.I.N.D.O (Manufactures IN Deceptive Operations).
Can't get better than that.
